By placing an order on this Web site www.domadeco.com (the “Site”), the buyer (hereinafter “Buyer”) of goods at the Site acknowledges that this is an agreement for the sale and purchase of doors and (or) accessories (the “Goods”) specifically submitted by which Buyer agrees to buy and Seller agrees to sell Buyer such doors and accessories subject to the terms and conditions below.
Ordering
Your order with us is an offer to purchase goods. After placing an order on the Domadeco website, our system will automatically send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you provided during checkout. If items you have ordered are no longer available, or if there is a pricing error on our website, we will contact you by email and ask if you still wish to proceed with the order at the correct price and/or without the unavailable items. If you do not wish to proceed or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. In the event of external problems (e.g. material shortage, construction problems with the product or other unforeseen situations), our shop reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for the product.

Our furniture comes with a 2-year construction guarantee.
If you notice damaged product, during unpacking, return the product on the day of delivery, and the courier must be informed that the product is damaged.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and other cards as well as bank transfer payments and Klarna.
Online payments are handled by Stripe secure server for processing transactions.
Contract Price
The price includes product price and delivery. The purchase price can be paid with bank transfer, credit or debit card prior to production of Goods. Seller has no obligation to begin production or delivery of the Goods until it receives full payment. By submitting an order, Buyer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for taxes, cost of performance, building permits, and other fees as required by federal, state or local laws not specifically stated herein.
Delivery:
The door price on our website includes the cost of shipping.
All orders for our doors are shipped on a pallet and protected in a wooden box to best protect the goods from damage.
When your items arrive for delivery, please follow these steps:
Inspect your merchandise before the driver leaves. If the driver refuses to wait for you to complete the inspection, make a notation on the bill, sign it with the following notation: " Truck Driver Refused to wait, possible damages". The content may be damaged due to rough handling even if the carton may not show the external damage.
If there is damage, write on the freight bill how many pieces and what kind of damage and call Domadeco immediately at 7866658600. If the damage is to one or two items in your order, please accept the entire shipment and Domadeco will advise you on how to proceed.
If you fail to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, Domadeco will not be able to file a claim to FedEx or UPS. And the claim will not be honored by both Common Carrier and Domadeco company.
You have to be at the place of delivery on time. If you are not there at the time the product is delivered the product might be shipped back to Domadeco warehouse for an additional fee. I case we have to ship it back to our warehouse you will be charged second delivery and re-stocking fee.
Please measure your rooms and doorways carefully before ordering our product.
Cancellations and Amendments
The purchase of goods and services over the internet, is subject to the Distance Selling Regulations.
All the doors we offer on the website are manufactured based on the configuration selected by the customer during the online ordering process.
If you cancel the order during the manufacturing process, depending on the progress of your order, there may be a cancellation fee.
If you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that the cost of returning the goods and our incurred original delivery costs will be chargeable and deducted from a refund.
If an item you receive is damaged or faulty you must notify us immediately upon delivery and mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In this case, we will arrange for the item to be returned or replaced.
Any items that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot under any circumstances accept the return of items that are not in their original undamaged packaging.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Once the product has been installed, no claims of damages can be filed.

If a customer makes a mistake, i.e. a mistake in the choice of door configuration, e.g. color, opening side, size, etc., they can return the product. In this situation, the customer should return the product to our address and pay the shipping costs.
The condition is that the customer pays the shipping costs to us and a restocking fee of 50% of the original order amount. This fee is to cover the cost of shipping the door to the customer, as well as the manufacturing and packaging fee.

Product Installation
A buyer is responsible for all the work necessary to install the products described in a purchase order. In the event that a Buyer contracts with an independent contractor for installation services, a buyer assumes the risk of and liability for loss or damage to the seller’s products.
Indemnification
Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller, its parents, directors, employees and representatives of the foregoing free and harmless from any and all claims, demands, loss, liability or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s and court fees, resulting from (i) the injury to or death of any person or persons and (ii) damage to property of any person relating to the Goods purchased hereunder which injury or damage is caused by or arises out of the negligence of Buyer, the improper installation of the Goods by Buyer or its agents, or the condition of Buyer’s property.
Warranty
The Goods furnished under this Agreement is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a warranty period of two years from the date of shipment from Seller’s facilities, and such warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at Seller’s sole discretion, products evidenced to be defective within such two year period. By installing the product, Buyer has constituted acceptance of materials.
