Order Confirmation and Cancellations
After your order is completed, our system will automatically send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
Orders can be canceled. To cancel the order please contact us by email. The customer or an individual must accept delivery at least 18 years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Damaged products will be replaced. You must notify us immediately (at the time of delivery) and we will arrange an exchange of the damaged product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and with all original packaging material included).
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanged product is not subject to a restocking fee unless any original packaging materials have been removed. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). If the customer is receiving a white glove delivery (delivery and assembling at the same time), and decides to return an item or exchange the item, they must immediately notify us at the time of delivery. If the merchandise delivered and accepted, the customer will not be able to return the merchandise as the delivery team will dispose of all the original packaging material as soon as the setup is complete. Color representations on computer screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies.
