Order Confirmation and Cancellations

Once your order has been completed and paid for, our system will automatically send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email is your receipt - so please do not delete it! We encourage you to check your order and notify us of any spelling or numerical errors so that we can make any necessary changes quickly. Any changes in door configuration can be made within 48 hours! No changes can be made after this time due to the production process.

Orders can be canceled. To cancel the order please contact us by email. All doors are custom made according to the choices made on the website. In the event of cancellation, the customer must contact us by email. There may be a restocking fee depending on the time after which the customer wishes to cancel the order.

Return Policy

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in their original condition (unused and with all original packaging). Items must be received in full including the door hardware. All parts must be in good working order. No missing parts.

Once the product has been installed, no claims for product return can be made.

If a customer makes a mistake, i.e. a mistake in the choice of door configuration, e.g. color, opening side, size, etc., they can return the product. In this situation, the customer should return the product to our address and pay the shipping costs.

The condition is that the customer pays the shipping costs to us and a restocking fee of 50% of the original order amount. This fee is to cover the cost of shipping the door to the customer, as well as the manufacturing and packaging fee.

 

IMPORTANT

Domadeco shall not be liable for any door that becomes defective as a result of non-compliance with these recommendations (leaving the protective film on the door for more than 30 days from the date of delivery) or as a result of risks associated with further transport, handling or storage after the door has left the supplier's control.

 

In the event of delivery damage, Domadeco must be notified immediately with suitable photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. The customer must notify Domadeco within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Damaged goods must NOT be installed until a report has been submitted to and approved by Domadeco.

 

This warranty does not guarantee the safety of persons or property or make premises impact resistant and does not cover damage attributable to or caused by acts of God, including but not limited to acts of God, high winds, floods, fire and other unexpected conditions. Domadeco undertakes to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item which is found to be defective or damaged within the meaning of this warranty, in the same condition as the goods originally supplied.

 

The customer or an individual must accept delivery at least 18 years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Damaged products will be replaced. You must notify us immediately (at the time of delivery) and we will arrange an exchange of the damaged product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and with all original packaging material included).

 

Color representations on computer screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies.
